Collectively we can all #BreakTheBias

This day also marks a call to action for accelerating women’s equality and the importance of working towards addressing barriers that continue to perpetuate gender inequality.
NRCH is proud of our culturally competent and responsive care, services and programs tailored for women, which include:
- Doctors and nurses specialising in women’s health
- Counselling and Casework
- Women’s Wellness
- Mental Health and Wellbeing
- High Risk Accommodation Response (HRAR) activities
- Health Translations and;
- Multicultural Health & Support Service (MHSS) ‘s Sexual & Reproductive Health (community and workforce training workshops)
To acknowledge and celebrate IWD today, NRCH held a number of activities:

We want to say a big thank you to everyone who came down to NRCH today to show their support and to #breakthebias. We will continue to reflect on and acknowledge the important role we all play as women, men, non-binary and gender diverse people in taking action collectively.
IWD’s focus continues all year, and NRCH is committed to supporting women’s rights and continues to drive change towards better access to healthcare for women from culturally diverse backgrounds and rural areas.
