Drop In Service

We offer Drop In Sessions to clients on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays. Clients can “drop-in” to reception on any of these days to see if the 10am or 11am appointments are available. This is a first in, first serve system and we recommend clients to come in early on the day to secure an appointment. These sessions allow clients to speak to someone about their issues without needing to book in advance.

Duty Social Appointments

Duty Social Appointments can help you fill out forms, connect with other support services and more. These appointments help with one-off or short-term needs.

To ask about the next available Duty Social Appointment, please call reception on (03) 9418 9800.
