Healthy eating for children and their families.

What we provide:

Our dietitian can give you professional advice on healthy eating for children and their families. We use individual consultations to discuss your child’s eating concerns, their nutritional needs and to provide ongoing support for children aged from 6 months – 18 years.

We can help your child with:

  • infant feeding and introducing solids
  • growth concerns
  • fussy or selective eating
  • iron deficiency anaemia
  • vitamin D deficiencies
  • constipation

We can offer your family advice about:

  • food selection
  • shopping, including reading food labels and budgeting
  • cooking
  • recipe ideas and modifications.

After receiving support from our dietitian, parents report that they feel more confident and have more relaxed and positive mealtimes.
