We appreciate hearing from you – it helps us understand what’s working and where North Richmond Community Health (NRCH) can improve. Any feedback you share is reviewed and followed up by one of our managers.
Your feedback might be about ways we can improve, positive experiences with our staff or services, concerns or complaints about the care you received, our client or service information, or possible misconduct or unethical behaviour by NRCH staff.
Your feedback helps us improve the care and services we provide. Everything you share is kept confidential and won’t affect the support you receive. We handle all feedback with respect and make sure they’re addressed promptly, clearly and courteously.
