Women’s Health Talk with NRCH’s Dr. Gloria | 10 am – 11 am
- Dr Gloria will lead an engaging discussion covering essential topics related to women’s health. From post-menopausal well-being to addressing mood changes, stress management, cancer screenings, and more.
Teeth and Mouth Care | 11 am – 12 pm
- Join NRCH’s Oral Health Educator, Suyeon, as she shares invaluable tips and information about good brushing habits, effective mouth care routines, and the importance of dental health for your overall well-being.
Following our informative sessions will be our delightful Community Meal prepared by our talented local cooks, from 12pm – 1:30pm.
