North Richmond Community Health provided vulnerable community members with 100 pre-prepared meals, 30 fresh produce packs and 16 dry food packs on Thursday, 9 April.

In order to support the community through the current COVID-19 crisis, North Richmond Community Health has partnered with Moving Feast, Cultivating Community and Richmond Churches Food Centre to provide food relief to some of their most vulnerable clients. Community members were thankful and relieved to receive these food packs during this challenging time.

The pre-prepared meals include a range of culturally diverse vegetarian dishes (including halal, vegan, lactose free and gluten free options), while the fresh produce packs include a variety of seasonal produce.

North Richmond Community Health plans to continue this Food Security Project during these critical times.
