Social Media Community Guidelines
Engaging with social media channels
North Richmond Community Health uses Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to share news, information and resources with our community.
We welcome respectful comments and discussion.
We check our pages between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, and will review messages or comments posted outside these times on the next business day.
Our social media pages are public. Please do not share personal or health information in comments. We do not monitor our pages for any clinical or patient advice.
We may remove comments that:

- are rude, abusive or threatening
- are racist, sexist or discriminatory
- attack or harass other people
- share false information
- share someone’s private information
- promote products or services
- contain spam or unsafe links
- break the law or social media rules.

We may turn off comments on some posts if we cannot monitor them.
People who repeatedly break these guidelines may be blocked from our pages.
Comments from followers do not always reflect the views of North Richmond Community Health.
