Our Allied Health fees are changing on Monday 5 October 2026.

Why are fees changing?

The Victorian Government has released new rules for community health centres about who can access Allied Health services and what fees apply.

These new rules make it fairer to access services. Instead of looking at income, services are now matched to individual needs. This makes sure care goes to the people who need it most, while keeping services affordable.

How much will you pay?

Your fee depends on which category fits your situation. Check the table below to find your fee category. The new fees are listed further down on this page.

No Fee
Low Fee
Medium Fee
You pay no fee if you are:

  • an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person

  • experiencing or at risk of family violence

  • experiencing or at risk of homelessness

  • a refugee or asylum seeker

  • experiencing financial hardship.

You pay a low fee if you or your parent holds any of these cards:

  • Pensioner Concession Card

  • Health Care Card (including Foster Child, Carer Allowance, and Ex-Carer Allowance Health Care Cards)

  • Commonwealth Seniors Health Card

  • Victorian Seniors Card

  • DVA Veteran Gold or White Card

If you do not fit into the No Fee or Low Fee groups, you pay a Medium Fee.
