Held at North Richmond Community Health, this Summit is a chance to reflect on what our local residents have built together, hear directly from North Richmond Leadership program graduates, and look ahead to what’s next for North Richmond.

About the leadership program
The North Richmond Community Leadership Programs (2023–2025) were managed and co-facilitated by Track C Consulting and Hot House Community Projects, with funding from the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (2023–2025). The program brought together local leaders and community members to build skills, share insights, and strengthen North Richmond through collaborative action.
